Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any transaction. We do not guarantee that listings are genuine or that sellers/buyers will follow through on transactions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bawney, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

• Use or inability to use the platform
• Any transactions or disputes between users
• Content posted by users, including violations of our Acceptable Use Policy
• Any loss of data, profits, or goodwill
• Any security breaches or unauthorized access
